3. Consent Scope

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS/message consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information and opt-in consent data are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging consent is used solely for the purpose of providing the SMS communications you have requested or otherwise consented to receive.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any data sharing for marketing or promotional purposes and will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for those purposes.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers, such as SMS platforms, telecommunications carriers, CRM systems, and analytics providers, solely for the purpose of delivering, supporting, maintaining, and improving our SMS messaging services. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Do Not Call / Do Not Text Compliance

Mark-Taylor Residential complies with all applicable federal and state Do Not Call and Do Not Text regulations. If your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry, we will not send promotional SMS messages unless you have provided appropriate consent.

8. Security of Your Information
