    At Auric, we don't just provide a place to live; we create a community.   • Is Auric a pet-friendly community?
    Absolutely! We understand that your pets are part of your family and welcome them with open arms. Our community features pet-friendly amenities, and you can have up to 2 pets. There’s a monthly pet rent of USD 35 each, plus a one-time fee of USD 300 for one pet or USD 500 for two. We have some breed restrictions, but we're here to help you navigate them.   • What are the breed restrictions as part of Auric’s pet policy?
    We’re proud to be pet-friendly but have some breed restrictions. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, and Chow Chows. Please consult with a leasing advisor, as this list may change.

  • Do you offer furnished apartments?
    Yes! We partner with top furniture rental providers like CORT to help you furnish your new home. You’ll lease your apartment from us and rent furniture from our partner. They offer stylish solutions and will handle delivery and pickup for you!

  • What lease lengths are offered at Auric?
    We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 14 months, so you can choose what works best for you!

  • What is the security deposit? Is there an alternative?
    Our security deposit is USD 500 or up to one month’s rent, depending on your credit and proof of income.

  • Is renter’s insurance a requirement to live at Auric?
    Yes, we do require renter’s insurance. You’ll need a minimum liability coverage of USD 300,000 and personal liability of USD 10,000 with an insurance provider of your choice.

  • How can I schedule a tour of Auric apartments?
    Scheduling a tour is super easy! Our friendly AI assistant is available on our website 24/7 to help you set up a tour at your convenience.   • Are utilities (water, gas, electricity) included in the rent, or separate?
    Utilities are separate from the rent. Water, trash, sewer, and electricity are billed based on usage and added to your monthly ledger. Gas is included in our monthly lifestyle fee of USD 125. Our electricity provider is NV Energy.

  • Does it cost to park at Auric?
    Yes, parking is available for USD 150 per vehicle in our gated onsite garage.

  • What are the noise restrictions or quiet hours at Auric?
    We want everyone to enjoy their home, so quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily.

  • What is the process after submitting a rental application?
    After you submit your application, we’ll screen it and ask you to upload your proof of income to our secure document site. Once we review and approve your documents, we’ll notify you of your approval, usually within 48 hours. If there are any issues with your application, we'll reach out to discuss potential solutions.

  • How are maintenance requests handled, and what is the average repair response time?
    Our dedicated technicians typically respond to maintenance requests within 48 hours. We understand the importance of a well-maintained home and strive to address issues promptly. If the repair is urgent, we'll do our best to expedite the process.
