A: Auric takes pride in offering a range of amenities to enhance your living experience. These include a resort-inspired pool, fully equipped athletic studio, an exclusive sky lounge,  and monthly community events to excite and delight our residents. 3. Q: Is Auric a pet-friendly community?

A: Absolutely! Auric welcomes your furry companions. We understand the importance of pets in our residents' lives, and our community features pet-friendly amenities and spaces. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. Monthly pet rent is $35 each, in addition to a one-time up-front fee of $300 for one pet, and $500 for two pets. Some breed restrictions apply. 4. Q: What are the breed restrictions as part of Auric’s pet policy?

A: We are proud to offer a pet-friendly community with the following restricted breeds: Rottweilers, German shepherds, Pit bulls, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Siberian husky, Alaskan malamutes, Doberman pinschers, Akitas, Chow chow. Please consult with a leasing advisor as this list is subject to change.

5. Q: Do you offer furnished apartments?

A: Auric connects residents with premier furniture rental providers like  CORT! Residents will lease an apartment from us and lease furniture from a 3rd party partner. The great thing is these partners typically have well-appointed solutions and will deliver and remove furniture for you.

6. Q: What lease lengths are offered at Auric?

A: Auric offers lease terms from 6-14 Months and everything in between!

7. Q: What is the security deposit? Is there an alternative?

A: Auric's security deposit is $500 up to one month's rent depending on credit and proof of income.

8. Q: Is renter’s insurance a requirement to live at Auric?

A: Renter’s insurance is required to live at Auric. Minimum liability coverage must be $300,000 and personal liability of $10,000 with the insurance provider of your choice.

9. Q: How can I schedule a tour of Auric apartments?

A: Scheduling a tour at Auric is easy! Our AI assistant is available on our website 24 hours a day to self-schedule a tour at your convenience. The chat begins when you enter the website or click the grey comment bubble in the lower right-hand corner. You may also visit our "Contact" page on the website, where you'll find information on how to get in touch with our leasing team and have the option to leave your information to schedule a tour. 10. Q: Are utilities (water, gas, electricity) included in the rent, or separate?

A: Utilities are separate from the rent. Water, trash, sewer and electricity are billed based on usage and added to your monthly ledger. Gas is included in Auric's monthly lifestyle fee of $125.  Our electricity provider is NV Energy.

11. Q: Does it cost to park at Auric?

A:  Yes, parking is $150 per vehicle in Auric's gated onsite garage. 

12. Q: What are the noise restrictions or quiet hours at Auric?

A: At Auric, quiet hours are between 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. Monday - Sunday.

13. Q: What is the process after submitting a rental application?

 A: After submitting a rental application and your application is screened, you will be asked to submit your proof of income by uploading your proof of income to our secured document website. Once these documents are reviewed and approved, the applicant is notified that they have been approved. This process typically takes up to 48 hours.

14.  Q: How are maintenance requests handled and what is the average response time for repairs?

A: Our dedicated technicians typically respond within 48 hours of the work order being submitted.
